  3. No still $299 tickets for all Australian shows, even Perth 1, I'm not sure about Auckland.
  5. Live Nation have confirmed today that there will be no more shows announced for Australia and New Zealand


  7. Aye at least we got two even if they weren't in Adelaide but had two chances minimum at going to a show. That's better than nothing I guess.
  9. Pity there's no 3rd show anywhere in Australia or New Sealand... what's going on - where's all the U2 fans ?!!


  10. Well I think it's only fair for them to be a BIT irked, seeing as how US/Europe will both have 2 legs, many cities with multiple (sometimes 3) shows, and South America will hopefully get a royal treatment too.

    Yeah, true, I took that into consideration as well. There is also the question, what's the point in having a 3rd concert if the tickets didn't sell out in the 2nd?

    We get 2 legs because North America is huge (50 states in the US and Canada is a big country also). Plus you have about 350 million people to please. Europe have several countries in it and have a population of about 700 million people. Australia only have about 25 million people in it, which surprises me because it's pretty big.
  12. Was under the impression Sydney sold out 3 times without problems on the last tour....

    But anyway - yes 2 shows per city is still very amazing in this time and age

    Let's be happy they decided to go down-under at all!
