1. Can't be worse than Magnificent or Stand Up Comedy

  2. Agree with you about Stand Up Comedy. Would still prefer Magnificent though
  3. North Star and Waves are the best of the current 'new' songs for me
Glastonbury rocks - but is so much THAT festival song: so limited
    Stingray: interesting instrumental opener
The Batman song was ok though for me the least impressive of this tours new songs

And yes: LOVE both Magnificent and Stand Up Comedy - sorry to see somany people who don't get IT about these songs - we are spoiled with great songs through the years indeed!
  4. Word from the Oracle. U2 still knocking out songs, new album probably late next year. Its all about Spidey. Hardened stage hands weeping.

Pff late next year, i thought it would come the start of next year

  6. indeed. But maybe there's an EP coming. Really hoping for that. Can't wait to hear the new songs.
  7. An EP before the end of the year and/or AUS/NZ tour would be a good idea!

  8. Bono said in his Aus/NZ interview that theyve got new songs for us, wud be nice to hear em b4 the concert
  9. I'd hope for an EP in start of next year with these new songs on and a full album with fresh songs towards the end of next year.

That would be great, lets hope they do that. But what was the last EP they released ?

  11. Globally, I'd take a stab at Wide Awake In America. Zooropa was supposed to be an EP, obivously became an album. 7 is known as the Target EP but wasn't released worldwide. But when was the last time they had 4 (5 including Mercy) songs being played live on a regular basis that weren't part of an album?

Get in the studio, record them, get them put on a CD and make some money.
