But when was the last time they had 4 (5 including Mercy) songs being played live on a regular basis that weren't part of an album?

Get in the studio, record them, get them put on a CD and make some money.

Thats true they never done that before. I still think they wil release an album early next year, at least that is what I hope.

Not sure I'd want an album where I've already heard half the tracklist before though.

Dont think Stingray and Mercy will be on the new album. Stingray isnt a real song otherwise Soon could be on the next album too, and Mercy is already from the HTDAAB session so why would they put on a abulm again.

  5. but the general public needs to hear them cuz they r all pretty much great, maybe an EP wud be better then

they cud do a Soon >>> stingray segue as one track like Fez/ being born kinda thing

  7. I'm not sure they'd blend well together. Stingray is more an 'attack on all ends' thing whereas Soon is more a folk-type tune.

The other day hearing Stingray I was trying to remember where it sounds a bit influenced from. I know I'd heard it just earlier and then I remembered this from 1968.

I mixed the 2 together and it doesnt really sound out of place, they can call the track "The Stingray will Return Soon"
  9. I hope they bridge Stingray directly to Boots. I can imagine it working, but they have to at least try it!

  10. Agreed kid; that would also be fantastic.
  11. North Star is still a class act
