1. Try to be non-U2 related...this'll spread the diversity a bit thicker, since most of our favorite albums are probably Achtung Baby or The Joshua Tree, or The Unforgettable Fire, or what have you.

Also, feel free to discuss...I saw this done on another forum and it really made people see the light in their least favorite songs through others' (explained) opinions (for example, "omg you suck!!" doesn't really get anybody anywhere)

    Anyway...

Bring the Boys Back Home- Pink Floyd (The Wall)
  2. Good thread.

Think About You - Guns N' Roses (Appetite for Destruction)

  3. Wow Kieran I was gonna pick the same song lol
  4. Virtually!
  5. MicroCuts
    (Muse - Origin Of Symmetry)

    Grace
(U2 - All That You Can't Leave Behind)

    Main Vein
    (Jamiroquai - A Funk Odissey)
  6. If I do U2 it would be TTTYAATW. If not, it would be Soldier's Poem from Black Holes & Revelations, Muse

  7. Funny...I LOVE Tryin', but you're probably right..
  8. Draw The Line - Aerosmith - Get It Up
Why: Because the album is great and all, and why it's my favourite Aero album - but that song just takes away from it. It's got that 'dirty' feel to it like early Aerosmith with all the swagger and whatnot of these (at the time) new guys to the scene, even though they'd been around nearly a decade making music. It just feels misplaced to me, more could have appeared on Done With Mirrors or something. Alternatively it might not have appeared elsewhere for the good of the song.

Alice Cooper - DaDa - I Love America
It's funny and all like the rest of DaDa (although in a dark sense of humour way) but it just doesn't fit on the album with all the American cliches of the day. It's like the rest of that album is dark humour and then that comes and lightens up the mood, making you laugh, leading into a song about vampires and all that creepy stuff, wanting people's blood and Russian roulette, with a gun instead of beverage.

Guns N Roses - Use Your Illusion II - Get In The Ring (Shotgun Blues as a close second)
GnR were all about being pissed off and telling people and the man what they think. Get In The Ring, when you think about it being in a studio and adding the refrain to it with Axl's bitch about everyone he can think of at that time, just sounds plain stupid - and a 'live' song doesn't fit right in the middle of a studio album - totally out of place.
  9. IfOrigin of Symetry, for me it would be Space Dementia. Microcuts is funny with Matt's highest notes he ever sang/screamed

West Ryder... (Kasabian) - it would be song Happiness

Really? I think Space Dementia is actually a wonderful song (some nice lyrics there too), but MicroCuts is just dumb, Matt could sing "la la la du du du" and I would understand the same.
