  4. I always thought that ‘the sweetest thing’ was originally released in 1998, although I remember I red somewhere it was from the eighties, but I just assumed I red that wrong. Until I saw your post and searched for this version from the Joshua tree. I really had no idea this song was that old, and actually I like the older version more than the one from 1998.

    I'm glad that you discovered something new. The funny thing is that I thought of Bono's worst voice in those two studio records. I mean he was not very healthy it seems.

    Car with crazy Bono, for sure. Just seems like the safer one. I wouldn't want to be around mad Larry, period, much less on a motorbike.

    Be in the audience for a song being played for the first time ever, or perform one onstage with the band? (eg: Angel of Harlem in Berlin)

    hahaha ah well, i think it has something; his voice in those recordings, a bit rough (oke, i admit: i have a strange taste )
