  6. KOL are playing Slane next year?!?!?! Can't believe it. Are they THAT popular over Eire? They wouldn't fill a 40.000 stadium here methinks... (specially with the insane ticket prices they had this year)...

    Seemingly they are, I wouldn't think they'd do well in Croke Park but knew they'd sell out Slane Doesn't make much sense

    Slane will always sell. They are massive in the UK and Ireland though. They would comfortably outsell U2 nowdays.

    Slane is tempting but a lot of hassle at the same time.

    I think there is a dedicated KOL pre-sale. Didn't see an O2 priority option on their site. I'll do the O2 or Slane. I would prefer the O2 for the better sound and less hassle but it is a bit short notice and i'm already hoping for a separate Dublin trip that same week. Shall see.
