1. With all respect, i'm afraid Scarlet will be too boring for over 90% of the fans in the stadium and therefore probably not played.
Maybe as a snippet or shortened as an intro...
  2. ^^^ You're probably right.

Gotta love One Tree Hill though Just anothe reason why The Joshua Tree is still my favourite U2 album.
  3. Yep, One Tree Hill is top class.
  4. It really suprised me they rehearsed Boy Falls From The Sky. I didnt see that one coming, I hope they will have more suprises in the upcoming rehearsels
  5. So if you listen to video of reheasing scarlet posted on youtube from today, you will see that this song is reason why we love bono's voice so much.Great song, great singing.
Ring this bells edge for 10 minutes if u wan't.
  6. So, seemingly Scarlet includes some Aung Saan Suu Kyi references... I like it. Maybe replacing Walk On instead of the previsible MLK...

EDIT: And from 00:56 he raps/snippets some lyrics that, to me, appear to be a reinterpretation of Soon lyrics.
  7. Oh man, love this song, loved that performance This has always been one of my favourite Early Days U2 songs, one of those goosebumps songs in the right situation! I"m so happy they're playing this!
  8. Ok, now I admit that before yesterday I never even knew U2 had a song called Scarlet, yes i know, i was never really much into the early albums, but after hearing it several times I am so happy to have come across it It's so simple, but by the looks of that video, if they play it it would be quite the moment! huuuuurry uppppp melbourne
  9. Makes sense to have a happy intro for Walk On after the happy news of Aung Syan Whatevers release. I like it

  10. How sweet that piano and those drums. Great they rehearsed it, wether they play it or not

All kiwis, hope you can enjoy the concert in spite of what happened in your beautifull country
