  4. yea i like the song Mofo but i see people here talking about all the other songs that they play tour after tour that are starting to get really boring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U2 are getting like groundhog day same old songs every night it's time for a change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yeah, I agree with you, they need to shake it up a bit with the classics from Zooropa and Pop. But people get fed up with the "What if?". That's why we talk about current affairs.

    And if you think it's currently boring, then I don't see why you're complaining. They debuted so many songs in the 3rd leg, which was possibly the best leg that U2 have ever done. And who knows, they might debut more songs in this leg. And when you saying "it's time for a change"... I believe that happened already.

  7. I like how everyone is mentioning how a song that gets played tour after tour gets boring, but one of the songs to get played on basically every single tour since it was released is Streets and nobody would ever dare consider removing that from the setlist.

    Also, Mofo would only work as the show opener or as the encore opener. Seeing how they have Stingray, they don't need Mofo there. (But I am waiting for them to make that seamless transition from Stingray to Boots). It could work as the encore opener, but I like the UV/Batman rotation there.

    Add Mofo anywhere else in the setlist and it gets that "wtf?" feeling.

  9. Ultraviolet was dropped just before ZooTV went down under so hopefully Ultraviolet.


  10. Personally, I hope Ultraviolet gets played. This tour has seen the best performances of Ultraviolet EVER and I really don't want that to stop.

    DEFINITELY not true...When I see them next year I hope to see Batman. This tour, I'm not fond of the change in Edge's guitar part, Bono pretty much speaks throughout the song instead of sings, and instead of Bono doing the whole "ooooohoohooo" and EDGE singing "ultraviolet", Bono and Edge do it. What's the deal? Too many things have been changed for my liking. Batman on the other hand works kickass, and it isn't changed beyond recognition.
