1. I just read that they will be opening for U2 in south america! And I'm glad they added butterflies and hurricanes to the setlist... wish they played that way back in march, lol.

  2. Which show? Hopefully the second, as it seems they're taking a page out of U2's playbook and shaking things up on the 2nd show in a city.
  3. No no no, Knights Of Cydonia as the 3rd song and closing with Take A Bow?!?!? Fuck offfffffffffff

    1st show

  5. Is that disappointment or elation?

  6. I take it you don't care for the HAARP DVD then? Opens with KOC & closes with TAB.
  7. I ab-so-lu-te-ly love that DVD except Take A Bow, indeed. Truth is that KOC works great as opener too...
  8. I guess I just love variety. Order doesn't matter for me so much. I love Take A Bow, it's an amazing song, so to see it back is great. Also, Sunburn, Citizen Erased, and B&H....wish I got just ONE of those songs at the show I attended.
  9. Yes, the setlist is pretty much awesome in itself, but the order completely sucks. And I actually DO care about the order. I love Running To Stand Still but I reckon it wouldn't work as show opener. And Get On Your Boots woulnd't work as closer. And... and... (countless examples)... Order DOES matter

Well obviously there are some exceptions....RTSS would suck as an opener, but I don't think that Muse HAS to close with KoC. Fantastic, epic song....but yeah.

Sidenote: isn't GOYB closing a show similar to Vertigo closing a show back in 2005?
  11. No, not really. GOYB hasn't achieved even a 10% of the popularity that Vertigo had back then. Everyone in the stadiums knew Vertigo word for word in 2005. But you know, tell me the % of the people who can sing along to the GOYB lyrics...

I seriously think that Take A Bow sucks as closer. Ok, I could give up KOC as closer, but then gimme Plug In Baby, Bliss or even Stockholm Syndrome!!!
