    I have discovered that one of my photos is been used on a Godfather Records bootleg CD and even sold on ebay .

  3. I'd have watermarked something that pretty. Unfortunately I can't see you being able to do much about this. The nature of these bootleggers naturally carries with it a certain disrespect towards the creators of the content they sell for profit. They are unlikely to take notice of copyright claims.
