1. Will check out toronto then Dont have that one.

  2. Not an overly fantastic show, but not terrible either. Pretty sure I reviewed it. Only two I saved were "Staring at the Sun" and HMTMKMKM
  3. Also, when I say "last show of that leg", I really mean "first show of that leg". Dont know how I would otherwise expect you to know this.

  4. I should have known
  5. last night I dreamed it was U2 concert time, actually 360° and Frankfurt (what are the odds really), but the stadium looked totally different than the real one, more "open" like the Rose Bowl. So I ran into GA and made front row together with others... but the seats, all the seats were empty. And remained empty even when darkness fell and U2 came on stage. I saw Bono sing the first song, no idea what it was, can't remember, and there was a sadness in his eyes I've never seen before. And I turned around and saw that the whole GA field was empty as well. Just some folks and me in front row, maybe 20 or 30, no more. The whole stadium empty. No one had come to see them.
Then there was a break, and all of us, band and "audience", went backstage for some coffee (weird), and I saw Edge standing there sipping from his cup, and I told him it wasn't so bad nobody had come to see them, maybe people didn't know they had a show on that night - and Edge was all Zen-like, calm and repeatedly saying "it's alright, 20 are better than none at all... it's alright.... it's alright..." - and all of us went back out and the show continued. At the end we clapped our hands, poor sound from just a few people in an empty stadium - then the lights went off, all went dark - and I woke up.

    weird weird dream

  7. Last night myself and Oscar Wilde saw ZooTV in Heaven.

    Explain that one.
  8. Had kind of a frustrating dream last night...

Dreamt I had tickets to see them play in a school auditorium. When I got there, there were only about 20 people there, and I thought "This is going to be so great! I'm going to see them up close!" Some guy with a U2.com t-shirt and a wired microphone on came up to me and asked me to sign a release form, saying the show was going to be taped. I asked him if it was going to be shown on u2.com or on a future DVD release, and he says "We haven't figured that out yet. Just get up to the front of the stage!" I ran up to the front, and the lights start flashing and an announcer comes on and starts to introduce the band...the curtain is still down on the stage at this point, so we can't see anything. The announcer tells all of us in the front row to come forward onto the stage, which we all do...we go behind the curtain, expecting to see the band. Instead, we see a bunch of school cafeteria workers putting food away. They tell us that before we can see the band, we have to help clean up the kitchen.

For whatever reason, I grab a spray bottle and start wiping down the kitchen countertops. When I turn around, the only peoplethat are left in the kitchen are me and an old lady cafeteria worker. I asked her where everyone went, and she said, "Oh, they all just left to see the band down the hallway in another room." I run out and ask somebody where U2 is playing. They point me down a hallway, and I walk into another auditorium, this time filled with about a hundred college students. I'm annoyed that there's so many more people, but I see my friends all the way up front, so I shove through, all the time thinking "I'm not going to miss my chance to the band this close!" I get up to the front just as the lights go down and the intro to Elevation starts. The curtain on the stage goes up...and instead of a stage, there's about 50 more rows of audience members. I can just barely see the band onstage. Bono was starting to sing just as I woke up.
  9. Wow, kinda surreal, as well as really frustrating too

  10. it was very surreal indeed...would rather not dream about them at all, if that's the kind of dream I'll have
  11. I dreamt I and all my family had tickets to see U2 in Turin, since my parents bought ones saying "it's not that far from home, and we could have a good time". I was really happy, since it was the frist time I was able to see the band live. Then, I remember we were on the highway, and I was so excited when we could see the Stadium and the Claw from there "LOOK !! It's The Claw !!!", and my parents did not understand anything at all.
After that, I was at the Ticket Office, and that was a really small one, kind of what it looks like in a theatre, but it was outside. I was only with my elder brother, and my other brother and my parents were not there yet. Therefore, we had to take tickets for everyone and then wait for them once we were seated (there were not GA tickets more, and I was disappointed). After buying them, there was a man with glasses who was tearing tickets after people bought them. And when it was our time, the man told me, with a voice I recognized immediatly "Hello Thibaut, glad you've finally came to see one of our gigs!". I looked at him, and that was Bono! We were talking just like friends, and I asked him some questions that many fans must be asking themselves :
"Why don't you play songs from Pop anymore?" "I'm guilty on that" Bono said, "That's because it remembers me when I was struggling with my voice. I prefer singing the Opera Part of Miss Sarajevo every night, it's better for my ego".
"Do you want to bring back MacPhisto?" "I thought to do so for this tour, but the suit was to small and I had not any golden material at home to make a new one" (kind of weird answer ).
There was more questions, but I can't remember. And then he placed us in the Stadium... It looked like a chapel (I guess it's because the last concert I've seen for real was in a place like that), so it was really small, and there were only seated tickets. Bono then told me "You'll have the time of your life, and you've never felt this way before". He tapped me on the shoulder, and said "We'll play Bad with 50 snippets for you tonight", and then went away. I woke up here
  12. Thibaut, that's epic, what a greaaat dream hahahaha

-"Why don't you play songs from Pop anymore?"
-"That's because it remembers me when I was struggling with my voice. I prefer singing the Opera Part of Miss Sarajevo every night, it's better for my ego".
