Along with my friend we are planning to travel from Poland to California for the 2 Anaheim shows. We're going to see the joshua tree, deserts, blahblah, etc.
But my question is: Is it difficult to buy tickets (especially GA) at the stadium?
There are some on ebay, but the prices are too high for us. I know that in Europe it's rather not a problem.
So how is it in America?
Any help appreciated
Currently the GA sections for Anaheim are sold out I think, so to get tickets maybe try and get in touch with other fans that may need to see some, that's what i will be trying to do anyway.
On the topic of going to USA for U2 shows and doing U2 'sights' like joshua tree etc i would figure it would be very very hot in the desert during June, am I right?
I've never had any trouble finding GA tickets, even for "sold out" shows on the day of the show. If you're in line early and let people know you're looking for tix, you're almost certain to score some. You may need do some networking on forums beforehand as well. Both @u2 and u2.com have ticket selling/trading threads.
Thanks for the answers!
I just wanted to know if there is any significant difference if it comes to buying tickets in America and Europe.
Because in Europe I rarely had such problems, well, only once in Vienna, but I managed to get GA ticket anyway.
Hey there guys!
I'm "refreshing" the topic, because the concert is not far away from now and I still haven't got my tickets.
I want to ask Americans if there might be any problems in getting these tickets at the stadium in Anaheim?
Imagine going to LA and not getting a ticket...
well i guess nobody can assure you get a ticket, especially in a thread like this. experiences like "you will likely get a ticket, i never had problems" are the most you can ask for this way.
to be really sure to get one, use respective threads where tickets are sold or up for trade.
