1. I even prefer to hear the pet shop boys cover of WTSHNN then listen to that version of One by MJB, maybe that puts my feeling regarding this dual in a better perspective

That is too much, sorry. You crossed the line (who pushed who over?)
  3. Dear all,

With this post I want to formally apologize for my previous entry. It was in the spur of a moment of weakness and it will never happen again. Apologies for any emotional damage caused and other inconveniences.

    Yours sincerely,

    Malahide

(crawls back in his hole hoping he can still log on this site tomorrow )
  4. Nothing is decided yet... Check back tomorrow. Good luck

(and now, everyone on topic again )
  5. Does anyone know if it's going to be available for non-u2.com subscriders?
I would really like to have it!
  6. I think where U2.com fails is, and the list could be massive....

...almost every fanclub CD over the past 5 years has been of things that are readily available and most already have.

They record every show. They could sell downloads of all of the shows for $5.00 each. They could be copy-protected. The money could go to Amfar, One, Music Rising... And what they could give fans is access to download 3-5 shows for FREE.

I remember hearing that some band records everything. And if you buy a ticket to that show, there is a code you can enter to DL that show for free afterward.

THAT is an awesome idea too.

It took U2 forever to get their own website, longer than most bands. But in that, they are far behind the curve when it comes to what it could be. It could be that much more for the fans.

I agree. The site could give so much more for the price of the subscription,
This Duals release is a serious disappointment, but not surprising though really if we're all honest.
The only proper 'rare' track is SBS with Jay-Z. All fans have everything else. WLCTT and Miss Sarajevo...?!

I couldn't agree more with you.

Doing it, they'd be smater, they'd be richier and they'd have an excuse for their past mistakes...
