  1. Just listening to the upload!! I love how they played Elbow just before the show started! I love Elbow and that's one of my favorite songs from them!! For me, already an Amazing show!!

I didn't get to hear the first half of the show becuase I was teaching, now a treat for tonight!!!

    makes me hate COBL AHAHA

  3. U2 goes above love
  4. aaaah well.... well well...... *stretches*... the morning after

how's everybody been doing after this incredible setlist party?
I can only say it was amazing .... and just reading back I realized I left shortly before the epic Fez/Zooropa alert... that alone was worth a big smile in the morning these guys know exactly what they do to us with teasing like that

downloading now, thanks for the links, Remy
and I think this is the one and only show with the highest number of audio recordings ever
  5. - best Bono voice of the tour
    - energetic/amazing performance
    - one of the best performances in modern times
    - show of the tour

    ...

did they broadcast a different show here?

haha I thought for a moment that was you saying those things! yeah i agreee it's not better than any of the 2010 (or even 09 shows) bono's all over the place at times imo
  7. What I heard was a solid show. Some good stuff, some shit. Nothing more, nothing less. The encore is a good example for that: Pretty good Batman, terrible WOWY, solid MoS.

If the highlights of a gig are a prerecorded segue between 2 songs and a Duet in a Cover version, that's something.

So 2 solid shows for the people who waited 13 years for a return of the band. Good stuff.

I wonder if they'll ever play the real Africa...
  8. I must say I did enjoy the higher key COBL, despite what was seemingly quite a let down after its little intro

Also, as the questions segue thing seemed to go for a bit longer what with Fez playing, does anyone know if the screen did anything new during it?
  9. just realised Africa got no UV
  10. I was thinking the same thing, but Mos sounded weak as hell to me.

this is a show that no doubt was amazing in person, but not long term in terms of listening on a boot leg you know? I thought most of the show was weak (sick of the COBL-Walk On segment although Scarlet sounded good instrumentally)

Weakest WOWY ever... I was listening to it with a casual fan and he thought Bono sounded dead damnit bono

I agree, well, theres not much to screw up when they play +-20 same songs every show xD, This show had good energy and that Fez/Zooropa teaser almost gave me a heart attack Still far from being played (will never happen probably)
