1. Imagine U2 just janmin. Wow
  2. a sort of homecoming
this song sounds like a trip to me just like streets
  3. Wire
  4. I always thought ASOH would have been a cool opener.
  5. Indian Summer Sky would've made a great opener if they spent more time on the live version of it. Just imagine the lights go out, and you hear Edge's guitar and the drums and bass getting louder and louder, suddenly the lights blaze on with that opening harmonic-chord from Edge. That would've been great.

Best opener I can think of from UF, and I agree with Matt in that a UF song should've opened it.

The first show I attended,04.01.85, at MSG, was also amazing.Bad was THE SONG at the shows. The band would just jam out to the song, sometimes lasting 20 min.I long for those days....

Why be embarassed? U2 were awesome back then.
  7. It seems U2 drops the ball when an album has a definate lack of immediate hits. The tried and true formula of playing several songs from the current new album should have always been applied. Maybe A Sort Of Homecoming, Wire, then Pride could have been a great way to start a UF show since the set still contained many strong War songs. Could you imagine if the War tour had of started right off with SBS, NYD, then 2 Hearts? that woulda been something....
