1. Indeed a great song, but when was is it recorded??? because Bono's voice sounds ''modern''
  2. music was from Unforgettable times, Bono added vocals during 2008-09 (someone says during No Line sessions others when they were in Nice) and also Brian Eno and Danny Lanois added something at this time
  3. Aha thanks I already thougt that Bono's voice sounded like it was 2005-2009. Did they do that with more songs or only with Disappearing Act?

if memory serves me correctly i'd say no .. in that way anyway

  6. If memory serves me correctly, in fact I think they did it too with some of the tracks that appeared on the Joshua Tree remaster, diddn't they? Drunken Chicken or Beautiful Ghost, or some of that stuff. Never been that keen on any of those tracks but I think they re-recorded some of that vocals in a similar way that they did with Disappearing Act...
  7. my memory didn't serve me correctly hehe .. yes right Beutiful ghost .. Bono read a Blake(?) poetry over an instrumental track
  8. I think Wave of Sorrow was in the same situation too. Or am I incorrect?
  9. So if we get a Achtung Baby remasterd version, will they record some B-sides now again?
  10. more or less Kieran .. Wave of sorrow was already a complete demo song (Birdland) and they re-recorded adding some new lyrics

who knows Bart .. maybe or maybe not
  11. Birdland was a song without vocals. So B-man recorded some Man that is a brilliant vocal "waaaaaaaaaave"
