  2. I generally think "posterizing" the images (which is what it appears is done there, I could be wrong), works better for tight shots, and not generally used very heavily...on a bigger, wider picture like this one, it tends to just look like a bad-quality picture to the passing eye.

    Though I have the utmost respect for toying around with the settings and displaying your work- thats what it takes to get good at it...we're all working towards excellence

    you've picked a great shot to use as the back cover, definitely.

    I do agree with you but i thought it worked quite well on this one
    the setting was was called coloured pencil
    very grateful for all comments
    i am missing stu's first class artwork
    will try with night 3 lets see what other settings i can play with
