1. WHAT??????????????

Oh mate, thanks for letting me know!!!

(I wonder if they'll come to Budapest too ... this show was announced not long ago - just checked their site maybe 2 weeks ago and the Bucharest show wasn't there)

  2. Someone over there on Interference is saying he's (she?) been talking to Bono and he didn't confirm Moncton being the last show and he even asked if fans would be happy with a b-sides arena tour?

I think at least one of them was drunk and/or high to be honest
  3. There's an interview with one of the roadies on u2tour.de and he says 'As far as they know' Moncton is the last show of the 360°Tour.

    'But you never know',
  4. Look guys as much as I hate to say this the only 100% credible information is the Irish radio broadcast from the Edge...............I would believe that over everything else.

So I doubt they will continue after Moncton..............in a way I pleased as much as I love U2 the last Album in the bands words was dissapointing in terms of sales and reviews. And the shows in my mind have been a little dissapoining until brazi with set list choice

The only reason this tour has gone on so long is they have to recoup the huge cost it took to design build and put on the 360 shows, and make a decent return on the investment made on this tour. Not just by U2 but other investors eg Live nation.

I think U2 will tour again in maybe 3 years time when the dust has settled and they have a rethink and a new album. They still nedd to fix spiderman.................The yhave a contract to tour wit hlive nation for 9 more years...............They will have to fullfill their commitments or pay damages to Live nation to get out of it

At the end of the Day U2 and Paul maccguiness are very shrewd businessmen there is no difference in what they do than anyother business around the wrold they are in it to make profit and generate cash..................Their product is not a burger or a car but there band......
  5. giving a glance at Willie's diary here another brick in the wall ...

Had our fearless leader not had his encounter with surprise back surgery, this (SaoPaolo-3) would have been the final show of the 360 tour. As it is, we now go until the end of July where U2360 will take the final curtain call at Moncton in north-eastern Canada.
  6. Sad sad sad.
  7. all of a sudden, i think they are gonna play last night on earth at their last show..

the whole thing is a spaceship that's landed on earth sorta thing...
and moncton is the last night of the tour, the last night that the spaceship will be on earth

    what do you guys think?
  8. willie once more :

We’ve three weeks now until the final furlong of the 360 tour. This last leg (Mexico / North America) is a long one but even so it's strange to really take on board that the end is in sight for our five-year mission. This may necessitate an amount of adjustment.
  9. Of course it's à bit sad, but I think it's time. They've been on the road for two years when it's over. It's time for them to have some rest, enjoy their times with their families and dream it all up again.
