Cleveland is an ALD, Adelaide if i remember correctly was one of those shows broadcasted to someones home, who then was smart enough to tape it along with the SBD audio, the story about the Point Depot shows is that the recordings were made for a doctor to analyze Bono's singing, then I suppose, they were leaked.
