This isn't Bono, but I don't like the build a well for Bono's birthday thing. It's creepy. They shouldn't be building that for Bono, they should be building it for the people that can't get clean water.

So true. You might be for or against Bono's work, but everyone has to agree that he actually does the thing: he meets leaders, makes them sign contracts...

Um...they are. They are just doing it around Bono's birthday because of the work he does. Also because "Build a well for Bono's Birthday" sounds catchy with all that alliteration.
