    The guitar in the Song 'Telstar' is played by Matt Bellamy's Dad.


  2. Yes, his daddy George Bellamy was The Tornados rhythm guitar, and the song was played just before Space Oddity.

    In the two other U2 concerts in São Paulo, 9th and 10th april, they played brazilian songs before Space Addity.
    On Saturday 9th, played a very traditional song called "Trem das Onze" (11pm train), whose composer Adoniran Barbosa was born in São Paulo and he was famous by a kind of samba a little bit different of the traditional and famous brazilian samba made in Rio de Janeiro and Bahia. whose main characteristic is the use of popular language, with its mistakes before the actual language and grammar learned. In the same way that Gershwin's Porgy & Bess, immortalized in using english the way it was spoken by the USA southern black people.
    On sunday, 10th, another kind of samba was played, this time, a song by Jorge Ben, now renamed Jorge Benjor. called "Minha Menina" (My Girl),It's a song from the late 60's recorded in the first album of a famous brazilian band at the time called The Mutantes, it's a variation of samba made by Jorge Ben whose style fuses funk, samba and rock into "samba-rock" with lyrics that blend humor and satire with often esoteric subject matter.
    Jorge Ben is the composer of "Mas que Nada", whose 2006 remake became an international chart hit for Sérgio Mendes with the Black Eyed Peas after being used by Nike in a global TV advertisement during the 2006 FIFA World Cup;

  5. Even with the full concert in FLAC already shared, i didn't stop seeking until get an entire record of the concert. To share and spread among U2 fans like me, and because the concert was in my country.
    As another option i leave here, another source, entire concert too, but in mp3 @ 320kbps.
