1. agree. And with Ger. But musnt moan about that setlist, would still never have dreamt it before tour began
  2. Please snippeted at the end of Crazy .. completely out of context .. in the transition it would have been better some secs after at the beginning of Sunday.
    great the Discotheque riff
  3. I'm not a fan of the new magnificent mix
To me, the intro of the old one was one of the highlights of the show.
So keep the old intro, try mix the rest ? But speeding it up wasn't the solution me thinks.

Before this show I said "if there's one place where the Crazy mix could work it's Mexio"...
Well I'll have to admit I was wrong.
It doesn't seem to work Anywhere, which is a shame cause when I first heard the Barcelona-version I though it had great potential if the crowd woul dig into it...

Anyway, a replacement with Discothèque would be good
I'm thinking Edge just continued to play the riff after the rest of the band finished to see what the crowd's reaction was before deciding to bring the whole song on the next show or not.

I don't dislike the Magnificent remix - time to try out things! But yes, probably the old version was a tad better.
  5. Btw, I watched some other clips than the U2-gigs ones and have to say the claw looked awkwardly small

That was my point a few days ago......Think it's time to finally drop one....

By the way, what have they done with Magnificent? Oh, anyway...I appreciate that they want to mix things up....

On a positive note, GREAT B'man vocals last night....
  7. I miss the intro with the epic Claw staging but speeding up the song helps. Although they should ONLY speed up the verses I guess. Magnificent's tricky because it's almost magnificent.

If they should keep anything from the mix, I think they should keep Larry's modified drumline. It always seems a bit weak in the other performances, but the remixed version seemed to be really driven by Larry's drumline. That aspect stood out to me as a huge improvement.

But as you said, the song was so close to perfection that it's tough to add to it.
  9. Wow, wow, wow...

    3:12. I fucking wish I was there.......

  10. So was there a radio broadcast of this show? If so, is it "around?"
