Anybody remember this?

If not, why not? Its awesome, the synergy between the piano and the drums is reminiscent of New Years Day.

If this was the sequel to New Years Day, what would you say would be ideal sequel to Yoshino Blossom if any?

Indeed, if it had vocals it could've been another Unforgettable Fire. It has the same Japanese theme as Unforgettable Fire.

Its Yoshino Blossom with Lyrics, I think its awesome and a great attempt

U2 broke new ground each time with their experimenting in music.
