when i did music at school (only in year 8) i hadnt found U2 yet and wasnt playing drums or guitar either, so i hated it. But if i had my time again i would have taken music up until final year.
Once i start teaching i hope i will get to be a relief for a music class one day, kids will be thinking "Whats Mr Clark doing here? i thought he taught Maths and Science?" then ill get behind the drums, or plug a guitar in, and blow their minds with some U2![]()

I'll be seeing him at the amusement park here in Gothenburgh, Liseberg. The largest of it's kind in Scandinavia and the other Nordic countries.

Looking at the sets, I don't recognize a lot of songs... I'm thinking about whether or not to try and listen to them now before the gig?

I would love to attend a McCartney show precisely because of that. But I wouldn't attend a Ringo Starr concert... Attending a live legend -artist concert doesn't make for too many unknown songs
Well, you can try to listen to them all (which will probably result in you being Starr-fed up and not wanting to attend tonight's show)... Or just listen to 5 or 7 of the most famous songs, search for a "Best Of Ringo Starr" in Google, probably a Yahoo Answers topic will show up; go into there, write down the songs, compare them with the setlists, listen to the songs that are in both places
