1. arrhythmic rhythm guitar, that cracked me up lol

I'll give it a listen when I get home! I love that song

  2. when i did music at school (only in year 8) i hadnt found U2 yet and wasnt playing drums or guitar either, so i hated it. But if i had my time again i would have taken music up until final year.

Once i start teaching i hope i will get to be a relief for a music class one day, kids will be thinking "Whats Mr Clark doing here? i thought he taught Maths and Science?" then ill get behind the drums, or plug a guitar in, and blow their minds with some U2

  3. Unfortunately, it's true. But I admit that I thought I was a bit funny there

Today I'm gonna go see Ringo Starr perform. I'm hoping for a good time
  4. Are you aware of the setlists Ringo is performing? The end of the concerts is apotheosic, you'll love it

    That will be awesome!

  6. Yeah, I'm checking them out right now, I hope he'll give us more than just four Beatles songs

I'll be seeing him at the amusement park here in Gothenburgh, Liseberg. The largest of it's kind in Scandinavia and the other Nordic countries.

Nah, unlike McCartney (who makes about 75% or even more of his setlists from Beatles songs), he's never performed more than 4-5 Beatles songs per concert.

What's the weather like? A park is an awesome venue for a concert....... if it's not rainy and/or cold!!

And since I love the Beatles, I wouldn't mind a set made up of Beatles only

Looking at the sets, I don't recognize a lot of songs... I'm thinking about whether or not to try and listen to them now before the gig?

I would love to attend a McCartney show precisely because of that. But I wouldn't attend a Ringo Starr concert... Attending a live legend -artist concert doesn't make for too many unknown songs

Well, you can try to listen to them all (which will probably result in you being Starr-fed up and not wanting to attend tonight's show)... Or just listen to 5 or 7 of the most famous songs, search for a "Best Of Ringo Starr" in Google, probably a Yahoo Answers topic will show up; go into there, write down the songs, compare them with the setlists, listen to the songs that are in both places

I think I'll just be surprised at the concert instead
  11. Well, I've lost too many time this morning, and I have lots to study... Gotta go now! See you later today!
