    This article is interesting. Bono always said that they don't do more performances on UK TV shows because they want control of all elements, sound and visuals, etc. This article proves they leave nothing to chance and are bringing in their own director to oversee the BBC coverage of their festival performance. It shows how much effort they're putting in to rehearsals and setlist selection.

  4. It may be on the BBC iplayer but it is only available to UK residents. There is plenty of footage on youtube.

  6. I just wanted to see if I can watch BBC 4 here but, it says not avaible in your country

    Can I do something about that? YOu can do something with your browser right ???
  7. For the gig on Friday, if it is not being shown in your country, you can download this free software which will allow you to watch the BBC iplayer which will be streaming the gig live but only to UK residents. The software allows you to view it outside the UK.

    Yeah, you can do a proxy. I done it for the Cape Town & Sao Paulo live streams (and provided it to people too ). Just google a British proxy or something.

  12. My mistake, I only heard it second hand from my dad who came home from a family visit in Ireland today, as an Irishman I'm glad we are not behind it. I think it's unfair though. Real fans of the band have been denied a chance to see them, just so this crowd can stage their protest.
