1. I have been a fan of U2 since the start.

Larry used to live near me when I was growing up. His father and my father were friends.

My dad bought me their first album back in 1981 and got it signed by all four of them.

I still have it at home.

Unfortunately due to the recession, I am considering selling it. Is there anywhere I can get the best price I can for it.
  2. It'd fetch some price on eBay I'd say. It's a serous pity you might have to sell it though
  3. Why dont you upload some pictures here, I guess there are also some people here who might want to buy this rare item.
  4. it's a nice story.
please tell us something more about yourself
  5. You might post your offer in our central collectibles topic:

    Your U2 Collectibles

There's one user called yseilys that might be specially interested in it...

But man, I am SO sad that you have to sell that piece of history. So sad. I'd sell my computers and my guitars before selling that...

PS: I slightly renamed your topic, I hope you don't mind.
  6. How do I upload the image? I have the photo on my computer but I can't work out how to do it. I joined imageshack and got the link. I tried to do what it said but it just didn't work.

    Help
  7. If you uploaded it onto imageshack, just copy the link that might be called "direct link to image" or something like that. Or any of the thumbnails. We'll work it out and eventually will be able to see the image, don't worry for that.
  8. Oh God... It's really awful that you have to sell that
  9. I know you won't want to hear this, but signed items aren't necessarily going to bring a higher price, especially for items that aren't terribly rare. You might be lucky to get $50 for this in today's market, given the condition looks a bit rough (or is that just the photo?). But you never know your luck.
  10. Cathy send me an email...I might be interested in the LP
    Thanks
