1. That is quite amazing, indeed. Because I have been often ridiculized for wearing CP shirts and badges, and I'm not even a hard-die fan... I can imagine how a hard-die would feel.

PS. And no, I have never been ridiculized for being a U2 fan. Some occasional jokes from some friends, but that's all.
  2. for real? i've taken heat in the past for liking both of them. doesn't bother me though; if others don't like it they're missing out, not me.

For real. I vaguely recall some idiot guy back at school that tried to piss me off because I was wearing my beloved, Zooropa-themed, first U2 t-shirt ever. He never said a word to me after I told him something really harsh regarding his mother dreaming of having sex with Bono or something

But yeah, I have two CP shirts and some badges that I wear sometimes on my bags, etc. and a lot of times people tell me that I should be a gay or an idiot if I like CP. As if wearing a Stevie Wonder t-shirt instantly made you blind! hahaha

"Coldplay is for people with great taste, intelligence, incredible good lookingness, talent, ability, success, grabbing of life. Coldplay's for people who know what life's about. They're always entertaining. Delightful to talk to. Sweet, charming, incredibly good in bed. Virile. They have incredible success with girls, or boys, or both. They're generally just the world's best citizens.

Maybe I'm biased, but I'm definitely right."

  5. White Shadows is a song that should be taught in music books
  6. Every Teardrop is all over the italian radios. We've heard it five or six times today, all of them in different radio stations. I might end up hating the song if it keeps on been played all the time. . . .
  7. It is a bit monotonous- I have to hear it only a few times per week to savor its magic.
  8. Sounds pretty good live, chorus is great to sing along to, even without a voice because of Foo Fighters the night before
  9. Glad I get Coldplay on night one, and FF on night three, where my voice will be just raspy and shot enough to try to scream like Dave Grohl
  10. Coldplay are just simply amazing live. Still pissed off that I missed the last two songs; Fix You and Every Teardrop But, Yellow is insanely good live. Best moment of Saturday by far.
  11. Apologies if I've missed the boat already, but is there a complete rip of the BBC audio etc. from Glasto. doing the rounds?

PS - gonna join in the plaudits, they are absolutely immense live

    EDIT -

    Same.
  12. Italian radio is still on an Every Teardrop-ish mood... I heard Until The End Of The World on the same radio station some minutes later, though - and that saved the evening for me. Never heard UTEOTW onthe radio before!
