I just had the thought while watching the video I took of Hold Me Thrill Me Kiss Me Kill Me in Toronto: Why isn't there a T-shirt being sold that says "What time is it in the world? SHOW TIME". I think it would be cool. It could have the wheel mic on it and Bono swinging with his laser jacket.

U2 merch is never as cool as it could be. If only it were still up to the fans, or even Larry, to be in control of the merch, we'd get something good...

I find the out of synch -ness of the Edge's solo during the intro&middle eight (4:20) of the EBTTRT Perfecto Mix VERY annoying. The remix is in one tempo (faster than the original) and Edge's solo is in the album's tempo (slower than the remix beat).

Does anybody else hate it? It would be a killer remix if it wasn't for that, it makes it unlistenable to me.

U2 merch is 90% just awful, especially the t-shirts. I still haven't forgiven them for the "We win. We loose." thing.

is it just the design you don't like or the words themselves? because actually, apart from the shirt design, I think it's one of Bono's better attempts on "lyrics"

It's the horrible and all too common misspelling of 'lose'. As it is, it makes no sense at all.

Loose = opposite of tight
Lose = opposite of win

Bono's crappy spelling is kind of endearing, but seriously, someone should have said something between design and production.

yeah you would think they check on this...... I can just imagine Edge staring at a fan wearing that shirt during the show thinking to himself "who's the idiot who mis-spelled yet again?!"

Hah, or Larry, it would be during Walk On, Bono would be singing "all that you measure' and Larry would yell into the mic "all that you can't spell!" he would stop drumming and storm over to Bono, bring the fan on stage and show him, then they would all laugh at Bono, and the Edge would sing "The Fool"
then Bono's next songs would be gloomy about people who betray you and he would hate them forever but then he would realize he just needs to wear more sunglasses and all will be well
