1. Hey Sergio! How did everything go? And what did you do everyday?
  2. First of all, thank you all for your kind words and good wishes. The trip went smoother and better than I could ever have imagined.

No, we didn't meet Bono But I met the country in wich I want to live and in which I want my ashes to be spread... if that doesn't give you an impression of how it was, nothing can do.

Further review with some pics coming later today (if I get over this huge Spain-hating depression in wich I'm immersed).

Wanna trade of country then How could you hate Spain it s always nice weather there and the people are great.

But good to hear you had a great time there Im looking forward to your review later on
  4. Very glad that you had a great time, because Ireland is simply superb and you can never fault it.

You are exactly like my brother, he wants to move over there too, but he can't find the right opportunity to do so. He's actually going over in a couple of weeks, I thought you might have been going on the same time as him, but no, you weren't

Looking forward to the full review & pictures later!

Good to hear! I also went to Dublin (and the rest of Ireland) a couple of weeks ago and had a great time! We had pretty much rain, but apparently not as much as in Belgium.
So I think I prefer Spanish weather, although it's too hot sometimes.
  6. Pity the old Dockers Pub (as pictured in my avatar) isn't still about for people to see....was a regular watering hole of mine as I used to work right across the river in the financial centre. Must have been the only pub in the world with the likes of Brad Pitt and Tom Cruises autographs on the toilet walls...not to mention the clutter of band memorabila behind the bar they donated over the years.

is it closed for good or are they planning to re-open it one day?

  8. If I'm not wrong, it's closed and there's a settled (and working) shop called BENE in its place. I took abundant footage of it, to be shared soon

  9. Sadly closed some years back and has been replaced by a new retail unit. There is a brief clip of the inside of the pub in Rattle and Hum when Adam is being interviewed in there
  10. I've always meant to ask, are any of you lot responsible for this graffiti in Dublin?

  11. Just read a letter by a certain person to a certain person Sergio!
