    2-2, thought we were gonna lose this one, 2-0 behind 15 minutes before the end of the match. we scored a penalty in the 89th minute. Still, one point's not enough against Roeselare 1/6 last two matches

    Beaten by Newcastle, nothing to be embarrassed about, I saw them last year in Ghent when they played against Zulte-Waregem in the UEFA-cup. I wasn't that impressed but they were very effective. Belgium used to have a lot of Newcastlefans when Philpippe Albert played their, must be about 10 years ago now. Those were the days....

    I remember that goal!!!!!!!!! Very weird, The dutch defender (with the curly hair if i'm not mistaken, Winter or something?) wanted to defend the ball who was just next to the post but he missed somehow and the ball went in. I was sooooooo happy, 11 and delirious cos we had beaten the Netherlands, as I said before: those were the days
  7. It was a weird group with The Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Belgium and Morocco. At the end both NED - BE - SA end up with 6 points and a goal avarage from +1, only because NED and SA scored 4 goals and Belgium just 2 Belgium got kicked out of the tournament.

    we didn't get kicked out?! we got through and lost from Germany in the second round after a 2-3 defeat. We were all very disappointed especially since the referee (Roetlisberger, I'll probably never forget that name but I don't now how to spell it though - lol) denied us a penalty I can still see the disappointment on Weber's face

    I think Saoudi Arabia didn't get through but we sure did!!!!

    edit: just checked, we all got through (Belgium as one of the best thirds )

    you dont like the English National Team?? Well you just should preactise more on PK's, we Dutch people had the same problem tournament after tournament.....until QF Euro2004 against Sweden
    But anyway, I always like the passion of English football....!!!!!
  12. Always a boring side to watch,too rigid and static and no imagination,whoever is in the side.Same old story,get to the Quarter Finals and everyone is happy.Will not win a major tournament in my lifetime............
