1. Now that 360 is history for ever, I thought it might be fun to look back on it here.

So what is your favorite 360 tour moment. The return to Africa?, The comeback of Zooropa or Even Better Than The Real Thing, the debut of all the new songs in 2010 or is it Scarlet, Your Blue Room or Mercy, a snippet, one of the shows you attended or one special moment in a certain gig?

You can share your moment(s) with everyone here

    I''ll kick of:
My moment is the glorious comeback of Zooropa, in South Africa the band already mind-fucked us with the Fez/Zooropa intro of City Of Blinding Lights and there already was some kind of rehearsal clip where the band played Zooropa, but no one here, except Kieran , believed it was a clip of 2011.
After the return of Even Better Than The Real Thing in Argentina we were surprised by the return of the 90's version of Streets in Brazil. After that show it was played after almost every following show and I truly hope we will get some kind of official release with this song in it.
Here is Zooropa from Sao Paulo:
  2. Great topic Bart

My Moment is a Moment when they didn't surrender. 2010-08-06, Turin. Two months before, while we were speculating about the Salt Lake City setlist after half a year of pause, we learned that Bono injured himself. We weren't able to know when, and even if he would come back on stage again.

And there it is. In a little stadium in Italy. It's 21:23. And the madness begins again...

Who can believe that, a month before, this man couldn't even WALK? Here, he's BACK. A new uniform, new shades, new shoes... A new Bono, for a new part of an amazing tour.

That IS my moment. I'll definitely never forget it, plus being my first ever U2start setlist party. Shivers down my spine watching this video.
  3. The house lights dropping at the Nou Camp for Soon and the place being lit by walls of camera flashes.
  4. This one I've chosen is of many. I may post another later on, but this one really stands out for me:

Yes, the debut of Even Better Than The Real Thing. Turning the song into an opener, rearranging, giving it a fresh vibe. Everyone was shocked when this was soundchecked 10 times on the day of the concert. Even though I wasn't at a setlist party for this show, I woke up the next morning for school, went in the shower & rushed to my iPod to see u2gigs already post a video of the song. It was unbelievable.

The song has came a long way. At that first La Plata concert, most of the song was backed-up. The drums at the start seem to be on the backing track, some of the guitar parts are on it, along with the vocals and probably the bass too. Who would've known that this song would end the final concert?

What really bugs me though, is that I never seen it live, and never will. That upsets me. All the changes towards the end of the tour made me want a UK/Ireland leg so much.

Anyway, it gave me a different view of the song, and has risen to my top 15 songs since April.

TAKE ME HIGHER, YOU TAKE ME HIGHER!

  5. That is true for me too. I can't stop listening to it since then.

That was one amazing setlist party.
  7. Your blue room.
  8. To bad I wasnt around then, I think my first setlist party was Helsinki 2.
EBTTRT was also a great moment for me, I remember it was 2'o'clock in the night when that show started and i had just finished a school report and stayed up for 10 more minutes to read if U2 would play EBTTRT, but U2 gigs said that Beautiful Day had opened the show and I went to sleep with a bit of angry feeling like: '' Why would they rehearse a song 12 times and than decide not to play it'' So that morning when I woke up I was like WTF they actually played it

  9. I probably would pick Zooropa, but since it's already been brought up, I would go with this. I don't think it was as good as the ZooTV version, but it was still amazing seeing one of my top 3 favorite u2 songs. I loved the laser jacket.
  10. I don't know really, but I'll take a preliminary one. The confusion when we started getting word this had happened:

And we all thought that they'd closed with OoC.

Helsinki 2? A great first one two after all

Seeing all our differents moments, it shows how great this tour was. Or at least, how many amazing moments there were during these two years.

  12. Allways Moment of Surrender
