1. ive only played it through once. like Otis, the song after Otis, and HAM. After a few more listens im sure some other tracks will stand out too.
  2. Today's pick (especially the first song):

  3. An absolute avalanche of new albums are dropping at the moment, so I've only just got to listening to this one, Diamonite, by Bell. It's beautiful. Highly highly recommended to fans of electro-indie pop, fans of singers like Feist and Björk, and generally to fans of beautiful sounds and chilled out music.

Key tracks to download: Bulgari; Meaninglessness; Magic Tape.

    You're welcome
  4. Thanks Sonia! A friend had already recommended me to listen to that album! I love that song title, "meaninglessness"

  5. It's a very cool song, a bit more dance-y than most of the rest of the album but lots of fun.

  6. Red Hot Chili Peppers, 'I'm With You' is today's album. I needed some noisy guitars to block out my office and let me concentrate and this was just the ticket. I don't think it's anything new from RHCP, but it is a return to their best sound and writing. Recommended for fans of their 90s output and new listeners wanting to know what the fuss was about.

U2 related trivia: the cover art was designed by well-known (IMO over-rated) artist and U2 friend, Damien Hirst.

Key tracks to download: Factory of Faith, Look Around, Annie Wants a Baby, The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie (especially for the lyrics!).
  7. ^ album of the year, for me.
  8. for me it could 2nd/3rd
  9. Watch the Throne, liking it more and more
