1. Sound, video, show, setlist, etc...?
  2. Its all personal opinion imo, after the first half of Glasto it becomes a bore for a while until the encore Rose Bowl has a torn up voice and a terrible first half (stuck - unknown caller) LOL
  3. the audience cams such as Paris, Brussels and Croke 3 are just as good if not better imo
  4. Glasto, bar none.

I felt that Bono was having way more fun with Glasto as opposed to the Rose Bowl. Obviously, Glasto had the better performance while Rose Bowl had a more complete setlist, but I really just want to talk about the atmosphere and I felt that Bono was far more excited and enthusiastic for Glasto. So what if it was a set of all U2's greatest hits and no rarities. The band was having fun and the crowd was having fun what more could you ask for?

Also, I personally think the multicam project for Anaheim 2 will blow everybody away.
  5. glasto 1080i is far better image, rose the director modified too much the screen visual.

both are booooring the second time you watch.
i just bought rose because if i see any u2 official product on the store, i buy.

but i dont put it on the player even if the sound is dts 5.1, just nloth and ultraviolet, the rest is crap. why they cant record and burn, instead add many filters and low the fps to 24?

both recording are perfect to a store, clubs, etc.
  6. Glastonbury - easily.
  7. Glastonbury due to the sheer energy in spite of the rain.
  8. I really can't choose one...I'd say Glasto, but RB has Magnificent, Ultra Violet, No Line On The Horizon and The Unforgettable Fire
  9. Brussels 2.

Good point about UV and UF.
  11. Glastonbury had: ZOO TV screen effects, 'Out Of Control' as closer, Live Aid sequence...
Rose Bowl had: CoBL, UV, NLOTH, TUF... And the 360 stage.

I would say "Glasto", but looking back, RB is better!
  12. Glastonbury, for me of course
