Yeah, I've been to Melbourne (that was for U2 last year) and Brisbane (well, the Gold Coast). Those are the only two I can remember.
Planning on 2012 being my year of holidays - first I'll take this one and then next up will either be Melbourne, Perth, Sydney or Tasmania. Not yet decided though I said to my friend we should check it out for a week or so.
Ok, I've been to different places in Sweden, been to Denmark, Norway, Iceland, different Spanish islands, the Azores (Portugal), Crete (Greece), and Cyprus as a little kid.
Crete was very nice as I said. We stayed in a hotel right by the beach in a beautiful village close to Chania, the second biggest city on Crete. There's a real nice atmosphere on Crete. We visited Knossos, an ancient temple/castle that was pretty cool, also a beautiful beach on the southern side of the island.
I've heard of Knossos before somewhere, don't know where but I do remember thinking it looked lovely. Sounds like a great place to check out - might have to on my eventual world travel.
