1. I saw Oasis many years ago at that venue. Great place to see a show.

  2. Was that in 2002? I saw Oasis there that year. They were fantastic.I will do my best to go to these 2 gigs...it will be harder than when I scored tickets for Vedder at the Beacon. This will be very hard.Roseland is very small.....why not MSG ???...
  3. It was in 2002 indeed. I was visiting a buddy from university and Oasis just so happened to be playing that weekend. Arguably my favourite show ever!

They (Radiohead) sure could fill MSG - twice - but they are probably trying to do something a little more intimate.
  4. Thom said Atoms for Peace album is coming out in 2012 and for that year Radiohead will be on and off touring.
"on and off" maybe means they will make just spot shows, like these 2 in NY so it can be difficult to take venue such as the Madison in short time .. or maybe they just want to play in small places .. being more intimate like Matt said
  5. Wow. I had assumed (incorectly) that Atoms For Peace was just a one-off thing.

Tix sold out to the Roseland Ballroom shows in less than 1 min. They should have played Radio City.At least I would have had a shot....Damn...
  7. That is indeed funny.

Glad to see Radiohead fans haven't given up on them dispite a mediocre album - for them at least. I'm curious about what they'll play beyond The King of Limbs tracks. Maybe they'll bring back "Let Down."

Bringing back Let Down would be great indeed. That was the song that made me fall in love with Radiohead. Have they played it at all over the past decade?

According to the awesome Radiohead gig database 58hours.com, they have played Let Down only 5 times in the last decade. All of which came from their 2006 touring cycle (twice in Copenhagen, once in London, once in Upper Darby, PA and once in Toronto).

    Hope that helps.

Yes that helps a lot. I had been looking for a site like this for Radiohead. Thank you very much!
