    like them or not world of music will miss one big example of consistent and respectable Artists.
    they should be one of the examples young bands should follow .. unfortunately they're not till now

    Great point - I often forget about New Adventures! It was a real grower of an album but also had some great tunes. I'd add Departure and So Fast, So Numb to the ones you named.

    Just Stipe singing to a rather distorted electric guitar and a few keyboard chords if I recall correctly.
