1. Drew, create a contact of me with my email (deleted) and then write to me on iMessage. That should get it working for you.
  2. I would if it let me activate iMessage.

Edit: It works now. The solution for me was to - and this is so weird, I had to do this with my iPad too now I remember to activate Facetime - add 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4 in the iPod DNS settings. Seriously, like that was obvious. WTF. Now I can add people.
  3. Ah I see... Is there an icon for it?
  4. Tried to add your email address and it says 'This address is not registered with iMessage.'. I'm lost.
  5. Woops, my apple account is on my other email. bobjoe007(at)hotmail.com
  6. Alright then, I'll try now. Hopefully this works because it's a cool feature if it takes off. I like the Newsstand thing too and the notification centre, even though it should have been there before but I guess it's there now.
  7. What's iMessage? Apple's own e-mailing service or what?
  8. Apple's own instant messaging. Like BBM for Blackberrys.
  9. If your iPod touch can run the new OS just released, Sergio, you might be able to iMessage.
  10. Actually yeah, check if it is 3rd Generation or later. They're able to handle iOS 5.
  11. It's 2G. I jailbroke it when I erased all its content, but it can't handle iOS 5 anyway.
  12. 2G, like my stupid fucking iPod that I can't have iOS 5 on.
