  2. Tend to agree. Kind of like Original of The Species (form Vertigo Tour, of course). Solid song but they never improved upon it live like many of their other songs.
  3. I have to disagree with you both. Magnificent is a lovely song, but I heard one live version of it which sure as hell sound like they got it right that day to me - Foxboro Stadium, 9/20/09:

(if you think I'm swaying some more votes for Magnificent I'm not, but if it happens to be that way, so be it)

It has nothing to do with official Albums my friend, i have high quaility soundboard recordings of all the current tracks in that list of 22 so far, but some of those that are looking like they are not going to be on the album have never had a soundboard recording available.
and for those gems to get made available is what counts to me.

I think I "poop" on Magnificient a bit because it remained in the 360 setlist for virtually every night until the 2011 NA leg while Breathe and NLOTH (superior songs, in my opinion) were dropped altogether (save one accoustic performance) after 2009.

Heck, I didn't even mind "Boots" and "Crazy" in 2009.

I agree to a certain extent regarding Magnificent, but I disagree regarding Original of The Species. While it is true that the band took many efforts to get the song right and that they said that they never got it right, I think they actually did nail Original Of The Species when they performed it live in Chicago. I actually wanted to see how Edge on piano and Bono on guitar would work. I actually hope they revisit the song.

But I laughed when people considered Breathe a superior song to Magnificent. I really like Magnificent, non-remix version. But Breathe being better? I think Breathe is one of the weaker songs on the album.
  7. Off topic but I too hope they revisit "Original of the Species." It is a very good song but I just prefer the studio version to any live versions out there. To each his/her own, I guess.

haha off topic , I m with you , i love Original of the species !!

    Not to the Remix

Agree. Edge's guitar that comes into the later chorus's is badass.
  11. My choices:

    Streets
    I Still Haven't Found
    With Or Without You
    Vertigo
    Beautiful Day
    One Tree Hill
    Magnificent
    No Line On The Horizon
    Unknown Caller
    The Unforgettable Fire
    Pride
    Zooropa
    Stay
Even Better Than The Real Thing
    One

    The Fly
Until The End Of The World
All I Want Is You/Love Rescue Me

    Out Of Control
    Scarlet
  12. It looks like the subscribers will have nobody to blame but themselves this time when we get more live versions of Pride, WOWY, COBL, Streets, etc. tracks that surely every fan has already. I cannot understand why fans aren't voting for tracks that are previously unreleased live or at least relatively rare in comparison to the old warhorses.
