I'd say having number 1 might be cool, just beacause it was the first one made and number 1 is always awesome. But other than that, it shouldn't matter.
  2. Tim, Alex, ok number one might be special but why nr. 54 is more expnsive on eBay bets than nr. 150? Makes no sense at all. In fact, it's a bit stupid. If it's a higher number, chances are that it might have been around for a little longer and that means more chances of it having got damaged... Oh well.
  3. It might be here but can't see it in the 150+ pages. I have had the Salome Outtakes bootleg set for years- how does the Kindergarten or other extras in the anniversary sets compare or relate.
  4. I've decided to wait a month or two until the Super Deluxe drops in value. Seems to be available for about $120 at cheapest, I got my TUF and JT Super Deluxe's for only $50.

So what's the opinion on the 'remastering'? Is it just an increase in volume or are there details present that weren't there earlier (like with the JT and TUF remasters).

Has just AB been 'tweaked' or have Zooropa and the B-sides and remixes been so as well?

  5. I find it pretty hard to tell if something has or has not been tweaked when you hadn't heard the previous version

  6. Yes we have? The only thing we don't have are the unreleased and reworked tracks from the sessions but we certainly have all the AB era b-sides and remixes, Salome, LWTSH, Satellite of Love etc.
  7. Is Blow Your House Down also a recent recording on vocals? Sounds like it at some points...
  8. Just finished watching the MTV Special from the Bonus Materials dvd. Seeing that concert footage from Stockholm all remastered and with way better picture than the bootleg version we already have really makes me wish that that concert was included instead of Sydney
  9. listening to "Near the island" for the first time, somehow skipped it until now.
sounds like some background music you hear in a hotel lobby
