There's two school's of thought here that can be merged:
Release something that is representative of the 360 tour (so make a double disc of the "usual" setlist with One, Streets, SBS, even Boots and Crazy..) and then make a single disc full of the great rarities from the tour. This may be a bit excessive to "give away" with a U2.com membership but one might argue it would make up for the Duals debacle.
