I would like to see a proper tour in 2012.Not just a short,European Festival tour, like in 2010.Tour Europe for 6 weeks or so.Like in 2006.Same goes for the States.3 weeks just isnt enough, but of course,Ill take it.

    I have a feeling,MSG for the usual 2 nights.Late June I hope.

I'll be there both nights as usual. If they do come around We have to meet up. You seem like a GREAT fan to meet up with. Hopefully i can score floor tickets for the second night
  2. Wonder if there's any chance they'll play Canada again - at least Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver?

TY for that......Anytime you want to meet we can.....before gigs at MSG,I usually hang at Tir Na Nog on 8th by 34 st. They serve a mean pint of Guinness..

  4. I doubt it....but who knows. If they play Montreal again,I will be there.I love that city.I would also love to get over to Toronto. If I do,we must meet for a few Canadian brews....

That gig from 09.11.11 was fantastic, and maybe the best of the Canadian shows.I admit,it was better than my gig in Montreal. Not that my show wasnt fantastic.I have yet to listen to all the Canadian shows,I will, but I seriously doubt any will top this gig.

Toronto N1..... full version of Chole Dancer, into Crown Of Thorns ???..I would have flipped the F OUT.Not For You with the Modern Girl tag ? Daughter with the Its Ok tag ? The Man trilogy ? Followed by Black ? then RVM ??? Long Road as the emotional opener, on the 10 yr anniversary of 09.11 ?.Wow,and if all that wasnt enough, then Uncle Neil comes out during RITFW ???..Wow again.... ..

That gig rivals MSG N2 05.21.10....or any gig in the last 11 years, IMO of course.
  5. I downloaded some bootlegs this morning, I absolutely love 2011-09-09 Toronto Great quality and great setlist, I also downloaded a Santiago bootleg of 2011 but the quality isnt that great imo.

Do you guys got some suggestions for bootlegs I must have. Looking for ones with great quality sound.
  6. Well Bart, Pearl Jam are the best for great quality sounding bootlegs.

I use spreadingthejam.blogspot.com - they have all the official bootlegs up until 2007. The official bootleg system started in 2000.

If you want suggestions for good bootlegs, I'd recommend both Seattle shows in 2000 (November 5 & 6), San Diego (07/07/2006), Reading Festival 2006, Camden (05/07/2003) & (28/05/2006) and any of the Italian shows in 2006.

Ed (EDDMB), Ronnie (clover68) & Matt (RUMMY) would probably be the best at suggesting bootlegs for you, but I'll assure you that those shows are all a must-have.
  7. Thanks Kieran Going to look for them tonight
  8. YES! Another "member."

Also give a listen to the 2003 Mexico triad.
  9. following the arguement of the admin of an italian PJ site, that makes sense for me, it should be an Eddie tour.
Soundgarden will release their album in May and a tour should follow .. it would be weird that PJ were to go on tour in june/july ...
another point, maybe weaker, is that the 10c tweets have always references to something specific .. and that could be the word "Goodbye" in 3 languages referring to the song in Ukulele songs...
i would love too if it were an Eddie tour, europe is missing after north america and oceania, even if getting tix will be very hard due to the locations ...

Maybe.Maybe not..LOL....Europe needs EV solo.He was amazing when I saw him in June. But,I think the band are going to release an album in June, and start a tour around that time. Most likely,a short 3 week run in the Staes again, then a summer run in Europe.I would love a full tour, like 2006.With numerous dates.

    We shall see.....
  12. in june? and who will play the drums wtih whom? hehe
my guess .. Eddie europe march-april ... around september album release ..US tour in autumn, europe spring 2003 and then again US and Australia after maybe
