Firstly I'd like to thank the crew for allowing me to upload samples for the bootlegs. I've been a member here for over 4 years now and spent pretty much all of that time downloading some of the great bootlegs that are on offer without giving much back in return. So it's good to be able to give something useful back for all that I've gotten out of this site.
I've recently been uploading samples for the bootlegs that I've downloaded (as well as downloading some more to fill in the gaps). So far, I've managed to upload samples for 141 shows (around 10% of all bootlegs).
More importantly though, I'd like to inform everyone that every available bootleg from the Boy tour (except 2 current broken links), all Conspiracy of Hope dates and the entire collection of 1978-1989 Various dates now has a audio sample that represents the quality of that particular bootleg.
They only account for 88 of the samples I've uploaded, so on your travels you may find new samples for a further 50+ shows, spread between October and U2 360. The crew have already done a great job on the U2 360 tour, without going through them I'd say that U2 360 is at least 75% complete as far as previews go.
Over the course of the next few weeks, I'll be continuing to upload more and more samples (I still haven't got to the end of my collection) and when a tour has a complete set of samples I'll let you all know.
Hopefully they will serve useful next time you're looking for a bootleg and will help you make a good judgement regarding the quality of the sound.
