going to make some fresh Cordon Bleu now, as well as French Fries. No diet today
Lunch time is approaching fast though, got some eggs in the fridge and I'm keen to try out a new technique of soft boiling them. I was bought up on the ~3 minute rule but I watched a cookery show last week with an alternative method and the result was luxury.
