1. It was surreallistically sunny and warm this morning. 16ºC and no trace of rain, hail, snow or even dark clouds. Surreal. It's been like that all day long, and now the night has fallen it's obviously dark and colder, but still feeling more like an April night than a January 1st one.

A perfect example of a sentence made pure beauty. I would seriously do anything to be there right now.

PS. You know how gigantic will your internet-abroad bill be, don't you?
  5. Still wet here. It's been usually "warmer" for winter though.
  6. It is fuc.... hot again
  7. In Manchester lives the tallest building in the UK outside of London, visible from 10 English counties and the tallest residential building in the UK it is officially known as Beetham Tower. Since it used as a Hilton hotel, it sometimes is called The Hilton. One of the ongoing problems that the building has is that in high wind, it starts to make the most unbelievable noise. You may be thinking "How bad can it be? A building that makes a noise." - well when you're not trying to go to sleep, it sounds quite epic to have the noise reverberating around the city, but late at night it's a pain in the arse. It sounds like the apocolypse. Here is a video of it having a sing:

And yes, it really is that loud. That was filmed on the 3rd January, it's been making that noise for 3 consecutive days now with the windy weather.
  8. wow that's pretty amazing and scary at the same time
