  5. This question's been tossed around a bit in the years I've been on this site and it always boils down to about the same answer:

    The Edge has been known to 'poke around' fan forums. Other than that, probably not.


    Willie Williams does seem to have a fairly in-touch understanding of what fans are dying to hear or would be very shocked by, so I'm sure he does his fair share of peeking too.

  7. Sounds like they say you can keep the item and if you feel obliged, put it to a charity (the money).

    I've had that before, I bought a kid's video and something was wrong with it - can't remember what - and they said to keep it, no extra questions asked.

    I've waited for "Fools Rush In" book to come for about 34 days, after I wrote a little message to them I was fully refunded within 24 hours. And yeasterday I finally resieved my book !!
