1. Well, there's great music from nearly every genre. Some songs are just so good that they break through all that. Like Lose Yourself by Eminem.

Primal Scream are still kicking it around, and while M83 is definitely regarded as more electronica/pop than house, I hear so much house root in that music.
  3. Justice are still doing well too...like I said, it's getting disguised with all of the mainstream techno bloops and bleeps, but without the house movement/that style, there is no basis of importance for techno whatsoever
  4. Ah yes, Primal Scream. 'Screamadelica' is a great album. I had the chance to see them, but Coldplay were playing at the same time.
  5. Screamadelica is on my top 20 if not my top 10 of all time. There's a fleeting chance they'll be at Lollapalooza and I will not miss them for anybody there.
  6. I don't know, they toured pretty much extensively last year.

On posters for music festivals, it said Primal Scream 'Screamadelica', mainly because they only played that album.
  7. Right, but with ZERO dates in the US. I think general consensus is they'll do a few appearances over here this year.

I've got them on my prediction list for Lolla, which doesn't mean anything.
  8. Good point. Ah well, there's always hope.
  9. Yep. you listen to Pulp at all? They're playing Coachella in California, and I'm hoping they'll be out for Lolla as well. Little bit of Brit-love between them and Primal Scream for me.
  10. Not that big a fan of Pulp. I like a few songs, mainly 'Common People' and 'Disco 2000'. Ah, it's good that Primal Scream are Scottish at least.
  11. This joke is probably old, but:

My blonde friend texted me and asked what "IDK" means?

    I answered with: "I don't know.".

    She replied: "Damn, nobody knows.".
