1. Listening to the Charlotte gig from 04.16.03...this really is a great gig and a Must Have.....Sometimes opens....Jeremy 5th,Nothing As It Seems...Even Flow...Immortality,...the Man trilogy...Breath,Go..great versions of Black & Alive....
  2. Just curios, why did you flip RITFW ahead of Soon Forget and Indifference from the DC gig 09.04 ?

Also, were you able to edit Eds long speech after Alive from Seattle 2 ? He goes on and on there, that is why Seattle 2 needed 3 cds. If not, shouldnt Soon Forget follow ? He is playing small parts of it after Alive...
  3. I didn't realize that I did that until after everything was done - it was unintentional. All I can say is that the initial lists you gave me didn't include RITFW (you recommended this version later as well as a version of Fuckin' Up) and I thought I'd fire in back-to-back Neil Young songs late in the set. I hadn't noticed that the performance was from the same show as Soon Forget and Indifference. Maybe these two Uncle Neil songs could/should have come directly before (or after) Baba O'Riley. I MIGHT fix it.

I did edit out EV's Alive speech. I did my best to leave in some of EV's talking (like the intro to Breath) but nothing too extensive as I wanted to save the room for the tunes.

I will have to (once again) re-edit my earlier mix ..these shows can not be left out....

Looks like your mix will have to be FOUR CD's long - if you were to actually burn it, of course.
  5. I agree with your critique and am in the process of making the change to the ending of the fourth disc. It will end as follows:

    10 Alive (Seattle, WA, 2000-11-06)
11 Soon Forget (Washington, DC, 2000-09-04)
    12 Indifference (Washington, DC, 2000-09-04)
13 Rockin’ In The Free World (Washington, DC, 2000-09-04)
14 Fuckin’ Up (Detroit, MI, 2000-10-07)
    15 Baba O’Riley (Camden, NJ, 2000-09-02)
16 Parting Ways (Seattle, WA, 2000-11-05)
17 Yellow Ledbetter (Seattle, WA, 2000-11-06)

[edit] It's done - a new link for CDs 3 and 4 has been included in orginal post.
  6. Is there any place to get artwork for the shows I download from pearljambootlegs? I haven't looked at all, but I figured you guys would know if there was a place.

Amateur answer first: I tend to find them by simply Googling the date.

Example: "2010-xx-xx Pearl Jam", and something usually comes up. Different sites have them logged and saved so a simple image search does the trick.

There are a few other bootleg sites that have the artwork but what Matt said in his previous post is what I do.
  9. That's what I thought. I didnt know if there was a place like U2 gigs where I could search easily.
  10. There are a few sites with artwork..I'm out at the moment, when I get in I will look up the sites...I don't remember the site names off hand....

I don't burn any lists to cd really...they r on my iPod playlist,so I make them as long as I want...but I usually try to keep them under 3 1/2 hrs....not easy with PJ
  12. A great bootleg artwork site is www.pjbootstrading.org ..click on concerts, example being 2006,Toronto #1,click artwoks, then click on the small artwork listed on the left side..all the official artwork will appear....I used this site for all my 2005 and 2006 gigs. Those shows were only available in mp3 form from the 10club,and the artwork they sent was exactly the same as this sites artwork......

The artwork for 2000-03 gigs was never available on that site. But,another great site for 2000-2003 boots artwork is www.pjcollectors.com
