Did some team win the three domestic competitions ?

To be honest, I don't know if has been done, but I would say that I'm 99.9% sure it hasn't. The FA Cup is open to every league and non-league club in England. This year 763 teams took part. It's usually won by a team from the Premier League (or First Division as it was known). The League Cup is only played by the 92 league clubs from the Premier League down to League Two, again, it's usually won by a Premier League club. The Football League trophy is for the 48 teams that play in League One and League Two.

So the odds of a League One/Two club winning the League Trophy, League Cup and FA Cup in one year are massively slim.
  2. i find the FA cup the most amazing competition all over the world

In the championship manager 03/04 i won the three competitionms

It is interesting for team that it is very difficult to fight for their league

  4. his agent would him to go (for his own gain i suppose) .. Thiago would like to go .. PSG would like him .. but the offer is considered far too low .. Ranieri considers him "necessary" .. and i think he will stay here until we find a proper substitute

It's massive for some clubs. Some teams can make close to a season's worth of revenue by being drawn at home to a team like United in the 3rd/4th round. Crawley Town played United at Old Trafford and it earnt them £1m. Havant & Waterlooville played Liverpool at Anfield in the 4th round in 2008, that cup run earnt them £600,000 (70% of previous season revenue). For non-league clubs and cash strapped teams, it's a huge incentive to do well.

  7. Some interesting fixtures in the FA Cup this weekend:

    Liverpool vs. United
    Liverpool vs. United fans
    Liverpool Fans vs. Patrice Evra
    Luis Suarez vs. United Fans
    QPR vs. Chelsea
    QPR Fans vs. John Terry
    Anton Ferdinand vs. Chelsea Fans
    Anton Ferdinand vs. John Terry

No doubt Liverpool will warm up in their pro-racism Suarez shirts. No doubt Suarez will be there to entertain.

    Sick.
  9. Jose Mourinho expresses his desire to come back to the Premier League, despite Real Madrid being 7 points clear of Barcelona in La Liga. Real Madrid have been keen to express their own desire for Arsene Wenger, straight swap? Mourinho did previously say that he'd only return if the position at Manchester United was available and Ferguson has just passed 25 years in charge (said himself that they can only expect a maximum of three more years of him). So, interesting times. If Ferguson did retire this summer, Mourinho would be a great replacement, so long as he can serve for a long period of time (10 years...). United have always been successful when consistency is there. Matt Busby (24 years), Alex Ferguson (25 years)...

I'd be disappointed to see Mourinho join Arsenal because that would potentially tie him up for when Ferguson does retire.
