1. Because Terry's is a criminal prosecution and Suarez's a Football Association disciplinary measure. This is because there was a Metropolitan police investigation into Terry's conduct, prompted by an anonymous complaint from a member of the public. There was no such police action over Suarez.

The Suarez issue went straight to the FA, leading to this week's decision that he should serve an eight-game ban. There will be no equivalent FA action against Terry until his criminal prosecution is over. Once that has taken place he may well face an FA disciplinary process.
  2. Alright, thanks for the explanation But why do they see Terry's case as a criminal activity and Suarez's case not?

It was clearly intended. It's Luis Suarez, the dirty bastard that he is. He's smart enough to think that that ball was coming down so he makes the kick look like an accident. It was obvious that the ball would hit Parker's head. There's no need in Suarez doing that.

Are you talking about Skrtel on Bale? Bale seemed rather picked on tonight, even though he missed the chance for a goal which was rather scorable.
  4. Anyone who plays football will say now, the only way to win a ball in the air is to challenge in the air. Parker is going to head it out, all day long. He is never going to let it drop far enough for Suarez to strike it. It's just filthy play from Suarez, his apology suggests to me that he didn't intend to strike Parker that hard, but his actions suggest that he did intend to kick him.
  5. In the 4 years he played for Ajax I didnt get to know Suarez as a dirty player. He dived a lot in his first 1,5 year but he didnt try to hit other players or something like that. But indeed his action today was very stupid, while he really is a good player and someone who brings something extra.

And yes Kieran I meant the tackle by Skrtel on Bale, too hard imo.

The Terry incident was reported to both the FA and the Police. The Police are currently conducting their own investigation and the FA can't intervene until they have dealt with him. Evra/Manchester United complained to the FA and they dealt with it.
  7. "Football is the only London 2012 event which has not sold out, with approximately 1.5 million tickets still available, BBC Sport has learned."

I'd happily go every game at Old Trafford. Draw a team out of a hat and cheer them on
  8. aside of all the discussions about who was the most bad player the match was so boooring
  9. Didn't watch it thankfully.
  10. Adebyour is starting to give me the shits, all the spark and energy he showed at the start of the season is now gone. Need to bring someone new in once July comes
  11. It's good that he is only on loan.
